This timer is made by aluminum case and 1.5" high character LED Seven Segment digits. The overall size is just 11x3.5x1.4 inches in Length Height and depth. Very light weight and portable. Very easy to take around or just put in your garage as a timer to measure your workouts. There are 5 functions on this timer: 1> Clock---You can use this timer run your regular clock, and the clock support 12/24 hour display 2> Countdown---It supports up to 99 minutes 59 seconds countdown and you can start a countdown at any time between 99:59 and 00:00 3> Count up--- You can start a count up from 00:00 till 99:59. But you can NOT start a count up from other times but 00:00. However, you can set a stop time. For example, you want the count up stop at 10 minutes, which is 10:00, you can preset 10:00 and start a count up from 00:00. It is also minutes seconds count, which means it only allows you count up to 99 minutes 59 seconds 4. Stopwatch---Support minutes seconds and hundreds of seconds 5. Invevals for your workouts---This is the important function on this clock. You can set your preference training inverals or you can also quick access to TABATA and FGB function. Besides all of these, you are able to adjust brightness, buzzer enable or disable, etc.

Good product and Great Customer Service
I've had the product for some time now and found that it was exactly what I needed for timing my exercise routines. The product was moderately priced compared to others with similar capabilities and has functioned well for my purposes. Programming was not complicated and what impressed me most was the customer service. Somewhere along the line, I lost programming instructions and could not remember how to add additional programs. One e-mail to their customer support got me another instruction manual within 24 hours. Great response.

Remote stopped working 3 weeks after purchase.
The remote stopped working a few weeks after purchased, don’t know how to get a new remote, tried new batteries etc. remote is dead. Just a $60 wall ornament in our schools weight room without a working remote.

Great garage gym clock
The directions are a little confusing, but once you understand how to work the clock it's super easy! The brightness is good and the beep is loud enough for a garage gym!

Works Well
Easy to use. Was not very difficult to figure out. The sensor on the clock itself can be irritating though. You have to point the remote EXACTLY at the right spot on the clock or else you have to sit there and click and click and click to get it to respond. Other than that worth the money.
