Works great, easy application and the color match is perfect !
Keep in mind I used it in 50-degree weather during a warm day in winter here in the northeast. Because of that keeping, the applicator clear was at times difficult, but it worked well and did the job. I used to repair one door ding down to the primer and many road pebble gouges. I would recommend ordering it when you need it, not before. I would also recommend using it in warmer and dryer climate conditions. Good product easy application.

Color was spot on
The color was perfect to touch up a large scratch. Followed instructions and it turned out pretty good. Not perfect, but it beats taking it to the body shop. Pleased with purchase.

Great for rock nicks/chips
Great color match for filling in rock chips/nicks. For better paint flow, press slightly on the sides of the tube while applying. I did practice on a piece of cardboard before using it on the spots I needed to touch-up.

Good paint pen
For the price this works pretty well. I’d say it’s mostly for chips since the paint comes out quick and will fill the hole, any scratches will not work unless they are deep. I made the mistake of trying and it ended up looking worse.

Shake, Shake, Shake...
It took me 15 minutes of constant shaking for any paint to come out. And then, after a few seconds of application more Constant Shaking. Make sure you have something metal to dab on on while applying. I used my girlfriend's hairspray can. Since my razor thin scratches (about 1/4 inch long) were on my car door below my handle, it was harder to apply due to being vertical versus horizontal scratches like on a car hood, trunk, roof, etc. The paint comes out and looks flat - it's not glossy, not mirror like (see pictures). Today was cloudy and the exposure is brighter from my tablet camera than to the naked eye. If you didn't know about the scratches before with the naked eye, you probably wouldn't notice, it looks like a water spot/stain, but since I know, it's noticeable to me and bugs me, but it's better than before. I'm not a pro applying paint and would recommend this product, but it's far from perfect - ease of use is somewhat a pain from all the shaking and applying from an angular, semi-sideways approach - I tried my best to keep the applicator pen as vertical as possible - probably at a 45° - 60° angle. I'm not satisfied with the look and see if I can touch up a little bit more. I'll update if I can improve the look. Update 2 days later: Seen by the naked eye, it looks acceptable in the sunshine - The 4th picture looks like a darker, deep crystal blue ink stain - no touch up needed...

Great color and easy to apply
This matched the color on my car perfectly and was extremely easy to use. Do not apply it when your car paint is extremely hot, because it makes it difficult to apply.

Worked great
it is a pen and not a brush, but after a bit I got the hang of it and was able to fix an abrasive scratch

Matches
Matched my Mazda’s paint perfectly for a small knick I had.
