I find these magical, I take about a tablespoon and place them in my steel tea container with boiling water by the end of the day they're soft and pliable and delicious. I know they don't recommend that you eat them but I like to.. careful of the seeds. great flavor! healing I believe it helps balance your blood pressure whether it's too high or too low. They don't tell you that either so it's just me saying so ..good balancing for your body. I will definitely be purchasing these again ! Enjoy

I love Frontier products. They are always fresh and at a decent price for the money. These berries were no exception! I would and will buy from Frontier again.

I followed the instructions I found online instead of the instructions on the label. The label says to pour hot water over 1 tsp of berries. The correct method is to gently boil 2-3 tsp berries per 8 ounces for 10 minutes in order to release its goodness. It’s absolutely delicious sweetened with honey. I’m in love! ❤️

I like these. The flavor is nice and mild. It's not difficult to powder them in my Vitamix as I need them. I hope they offer health benefits but so far cannot speak to that aspect. Price was fair.
