GIMIK DONT BUY
Product is ABSOLUTELY NOT WHAT THEY PROMOTE IT DOSENT DO A DAMN THING BUT LIGHT UP AND THE USB THEY SEND DOSNET EVEN HAVE THE SOFTWARE OR anything better yet when u plug it up all it dose it light up orange or red but it dosent show up witch makes me think it's just a dummy usb with malware loaded up on it! I'm going to file a report in regards to this

this is way more complicate then what i spected. specialy if you get it with no instructions and not help from seller. terrible item. SEE THE PICTURE I UPLOADED and you will see that it's imposible because its asking for password or something and seller don't care

Operating Software
I know they say to contact them for the software, but they didn't respond...so: The unit comes with CD that has .rar files that you will need to extract. At first mine said I was not authorized to extract the files. The driver is the key...it is unfortunately within the .rar files, so you have to go find a freebie generic driver. The one I used is for a Cloud 2700 R Smart Card Reader. Download the driver...just find one on Google, I found one free at "DriverMax", they want you to buy a driver update subscription, but you don't have to to get the driver, let it scan with the unit connected to USB, it will then offer up the driver....then the .rar file will think you are authorized, and your .rar extractor will work. Next see the setup file, open and run. Then you will see the GSRIMWRITE4 folder, open that, extract all, and you'll find the UI interface. It actually works! Hope this helps.

Doesn't work with Verizon sim cards
This does not copy Verizon SIM cards it says you have to use their brand waste of money don't waste your time

Do not buy this
They didn't send software, and finding software online to make this work is ridiculous. I would suggest finding a different SIM Reader that has better support.
