I have been using it for an year now. From day one i started experiencing issues with the microphone. On raising the issue to crossbeats they said its a music focussed earphones and cannot do anything with the microphone. Now 1 yr into using this product, my right ear bud is sounding lower compared to left. I dont think its worth spending this much money on this. Even if yu post this as a review they will never publish it on thier site nor they ll try and connect with you to sort out the problem.The only plus signnis the battery.. Far better than other earbuds in the market

The Crossbeat Evolve earphones are just cheaply made, Rebranded copy of the the TruEngine SE made by the very reputed affordable audio brand SoundPeats. SoundPeats has yet to sell most of their major products here in India, so other brands bring their products at lower quality and sell them here. Search up about the original SoundPeats TruEngine SE's and look and the pictures to justify what I've said. The originals have received glowing reviews from many audiophiles. The Crossbeats Evolve, however, might not be made of the same standard, so quality is questionable .

I don't think it is excellent but decent sound quality and noise cancellation. I'm impressed with battery backup and play time. Not everyone feel comfortable with in-ear sitting. I'm using those since 5 months. Till now, there is no complaint.

I'm using the crossbeats evolve earphone for the first time and I'm quite happy with the product. Except when I'm on call, the person on the other hand can't hear me clearly and sounds very faint. That is the only drawback and otherwise the sound quality is great!

The sound is extremely low and lacks clarity. It is also oversized and the ears hurt after using for a few minutes. Strongly advise others NOT to buy this. Moreover they claim to provide warranty which is simply a hoax. My earphones stopped working suddenly one day and when I sent them back for repair they say it is due to "voltage fluctuation, overcharging or due to dropping". So in a sense what they are saying is that there is NO WARRANTY since every claim will fall in this category. Incase anyone is buying then please assume warranty does not exist.

The manufacturing is so poor that the products will stop working in or less than 10 Months. The company says they give lifetime service but in real time they don't accept their manufacturing quality. Instead they blame the user for any issues that user has not used the product fairly. This is a very good strategy they have where in they deliver mediocre quality products with some good specs which won't last long. I would advise everyone not to get involved in this low quality game and buy some good branded products even if they are way more expensive than these cheap brands. Decide wisely whether you need a product which should last long and cost you so less when compared to some premium brands. I did a mistake and I won't do it again. I hope you also won't commit any mistakes.

Hi, have used this device for around a month and then am giving my honest view...One of the best one if ur gonna use this just for listening to music coz have awesome sound in this price...But, if u gonna use this for calls also, then this might be the worst choice...the other party will be able to hear a very muffled voice of yours and will keep on asking you to repeat what u said...I have tried calling though very silent environments also, but the other party can hardly hear me...
