To make Mexican chilli on carnie with 500g of beef I would use about 3 teaspoons which would be 15g. You can adjust this up or down to you own tase but a good place to start. You may want ot add more chilli if it is too mild for you, we try to make our blends not too hot so the whole family can enjoy the flavour.

Hi can't answer as that sachet has long been used. Suggest you contact the Spice Masters direct on their website.They are v helpful and friendly. Have bought monthly spice mix subscriptions for my children who are v impressed with the quality of all they have received. Happy spicing. Excellent packaging as well. So highly commended.
