I've been using the PUR Water Pitcher & Dispenser Replacement Filters for the past few years, and they've never disappointed. The filtration is powerful and noticeably improves the taste and clarity of the water. I also love how fast they work compared to other brands. This 4-pack is a great value and lasts a long time – highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality water filters!

The first couple of times I needed to purchase replacement filters for my PUR water dispenser, I purchased knockoffs that promised to be as good as the original, and were way cheaper. But they were only cheaper to purchase, as they did not last very long, and each one I used would eventually clog up. The filters should last for about 60 days (40 gallons), and the knockoffs lasted between 2 and 4 weeks (maybe 15-20 gallons). Now, with the genuine PUR filters, they go the full 2 months and operate perfectly the whole time. I am paying more up front, and much less in the long run.

I contacted PUR customer service and they confirmed that the product in the non-retail cardboard box is their E commerce version. PPF900Z4MWB (PUR PITCHER FILTER 4 PK ECOMM). These are REAL. ALSO you want to soak and rinse these first as the charcoal leaks out just like any other filter. These are designed to be high flow, that's why they filter so quickly. That is normal.

Our faucet water has an obvious rusty smell and after taste, the PUR filter removed the smell and water taste great. The filtration speed is also reasonably fast able to produce a liter of water within 5 minutes. This filter does not filter out microbes (no brand does with filters at this price point) so don't use it to filter "raw water". The bang for buck value is high. Also note this model does NOT filter lead, you need the slightly more expensive model PUR Plus filters if you are worried about lead contamination.

The media could not be loaded. These replacement filters fit my PUR pitcher and dispenser perfectly. Installation was quick and easy—just snap in, run a quick flush, and it was ready to go. Yeah, I'll be replacing the older, longer, and slower filters with these. There is no reason I should wait an hour just to get a couple of glasses of water. These flow really well and seem to filter well, too - although I really have no idea (don't have a chem lab :) ). But the speed alone sells me. Somehow I trust it filters well, too. Anyway - excellent product!

This last time I bought the cheaper filter to save money, instantly regretted it. The cheaper one will not filter but half the water like the PUR brand. The PUR replacement filter is a way better filter and filters so much faster. I got what I paid for using the cheaper brand and found out PUR brand is worth the few dollars more

The PUR Water Filter replacement pack is a perfect way to make sure we always have the clean water. In our area, water isn't the best quality and we like to filter it before we drink it (for taste and for extra security measures). The quality of these filters are really top notch, with them lasting at least 6 months for our usage. The purification is quick, high quality, and easy to do. All you have to do is flip the top off and fill it up with water, running it through the filter. My only small complaint is that it was somewhat confusing to put on for the first time, but once we did it worked like a charm. Design and capacity for water filtration is good overall-I noticed that it would take longer when it was older to filter the entire container through. Overall, great product! I highly recommend it.
