Fresh and Clean Smelling
Very good product. This is the Amazon brand and I am not sure if it has anything to do with Whole Foods. I use a lot of Cumin because we love spicy foods and we eat a lot of Mexican food. I have seen so many measurements re chili powder (only Gebhardt's please) and cumin. I learned from a chef that the rule is three parts chili powder and one part cumin, or one tablespoon and a little over a teaspoon. This will give you the best taste. This cumin is very fresh and the smell is right. Highly recommend.

Fresh Cumin - Good price and good size - Would recommend this brand. Seems fresh with nice color and fairly full bottle with flavorful spice.
