I am so thankful to have this! I work in a dental office and am in a chair in front of a computer for 9 hours a day. I tend to lean forward and am destroying my spines natural arch. This fits over my office chair easily and stays in position. Unlike my old arch support pillow, this one is taller and comes up to my mid-thoracic spine so its more supportive. The curve in it forces me to sit up properly. I went in for a chiropractic adjustment and was so tight and out of alignment, I started sitting with this and a few weeks later she said I was making progress and I wasn't in as bad of shape as I was before. I definitely helps my pain and keeps me supported at work, and in the car, even at home on my couch so I keep good posture while watching long movies! Do your future self a favor if you sit a lot and get this!

It is a very firm pillow that provides good support to the back. My husband has back spasm and found good relief while using this. We also tried the Winjoy support pillow but like this pillow much better for its firmness and support. Planning to buy few more of this pillow to use while dining.

It did not take it that long to get its shape after it was removed from the bag.It is definitely better than nothing (I bought this to replace the worn-out lumbar support on my office chair)Little small for my taste as I am a little bigger than the average person but I know it is there.All in all, this is a solid product and does what it advertises.I will check back later and revise this review in a few months.

I started using this on my living room chair, but it did not fit that exactly like I would have liked. It felt a little small and not quite there for the comfort. After, I switched from my living room chair to a office chair with wheels and this fit there exactly like you would want, and it has great support. So, if you are looking for something that will help you in cars or office chairs, this one works and I have tried it. However, for some reason my living room chair felt a bit odd on this lumbar support.Added photo for reference to what I mentioned. I use a pillow sometimes to make it a little more bouncy.

The best part of this for me is just how easy it was to start using. Hooray! :)It does slide down a little bit, so I readjust fairly regularly throughout the day, but that's as much due to the contoured back of my chair as anything else.I'd defo purchase again and am very pleased.

Keeps slipping in the chair to the space between the back and seat. I am constantly having to pull it back up and it is at the tightest the straps will go. I am adjusting it so often that the straps are starting to rip apart from the cushion. I will have to order a different type that straps not only side to side but also too to bottom. The only good thing is the cushion part is very good when I have it in the right location.

I use my villsure Lumbar support pillow in my vehicle. You can really feel the difference on your back. But the only disappointment is it; it's not like the picture. In the picture it looks like its hard in the back and soft on the outside. It smaller then what it looks like. But it doesn't cover your lower back

It is too soft for me, I feel like my upper body is floating, move side to side when steering.

The pictures suggest that the item is the size of the back of a regular chair but it is actually only a small, half-that-size insert.
