Easy to use and highly recommended
I did not think it would work this perfectly, but it’s far exceeded my expectations. This is a great concept to convert the iPad to a Mac Book.

Major keyboard flaw
UPDATE: manufacturer contacted me and offered me $50 if I would agree to either delete my comment, or give them 5 stars. Do not buy! Very dishonest company! My opinion stands. You want better opinions, build better quality products. It worked well. The touch pad was not as responsive (or over responsive). It allows you to scroll down is its best function. Other functions do not work as well.Major flaw: there is no comma on the keyboard but, instead, replaced with another M. I had to write this review on my iPhone so I can utilize the comma. Please see picture.

Misses the mark.
This keyboard is a bargain considering it does everything the premium branded keyboards will do (when released) at a fraction of the price. The track pad works great and typing on the keyboard had a quality feel to it, even better than some laptops. Granted the entire thing is made of plastic vs metal. But it felt sturdy enough it would hold up for everyday use if not abused. The deal breaker I find is the limited hinge range of angle for the display. I need something that opens 180 flat, and preferably 360 like a 2in 1 laptop. As is, this is just as limiting as a normal laptop because it’s a struggle to remove the iPad from the keyboard. ideally such product would allow to easily covert from tablet mode to laptop mode. Unfortunately this can’t. But If it was redesigned with a hinge system that could fold back on itself like a 2in1, it would be a winner.

Very Nice lighted Keyboard/touch pad!
Very cool keyboard/touch pad cover for the IPad Pro. I had no problem setting up the keyboard and touch pad. Tons of keyboard and backlight keyboard options. Highly recommended!

Who needs an overpriced Apple keyboard???
I have been looking for an affordable keyboard for my iPad Pro 12.9 2018. Going to Apple was not even an option as that flaky shaky keyboard was too expensive. Thanks God, I found this keyboard with a mousepad. The seller was unknown but I decided to give it a try because I was buying with Amazon's protection. I did receive the package a day after it was shipped. Great!! Upon opening the box, I was delighted to see a very thin but sturdy keyboard. Connecting to my iPad via bluetooth was a breeze . Everything worked perfectly. It's now a replica of my notebook. I will no longer carry the notebook on the plane while traveling. The seller is also very courteous. However, don't take my word for it. Buy one for yourself and be as excited as I am. Best iPad accessory. Come on, give it a shot!!! You won't regret it.

Needs to be detachable and limited help or support online but worth keeping.
First, this is a pretty cool product and I'm giving it an honest review. There are 3 things I like and 3 I don't, thus a middle-of-the-road score but with a few tweaks, this could be an amazing device.First, a little about me. Long-time Mac user, trying to switch over to iPad for primary work and leisure use but I *HAVE* to have file access (this is slowly getting better from Apple) and I *HAVE* to have a track pad. This solves issue #2, albeit through a work-around in the iOS called "Assistive Touch" in the Accessibility menu. It works, albeit not elegantly.First, the case is plastic, others complain but it's durable enough for regular in and out of your bag use and light so that's a plus. Also there's a simple ON/OFF slider for the 12.9" which is good because I used to forget to turn my Zagg off and - dead battery. Also battery life seems to be pretty decent. I've been using mine a couple hours today and it hasn't flashed at me yet.Second plus, TRACKPAD! It wasn't working when I got it (more on that later) but I soon realized it won't function without iOS 13.x or higher. You'll have to update your iOS. Once that's all done, it works fine, but the pointer area is really small so you'll have to get close to click.Third plus - keyboard function. MUCH better than my Zagg. It can actually keep up with my typing speed (100+WPM). No more aggravation at slowing down my typing rate.Cons:1. No pinch, no zoom, no two finger swipe back, two finger swipe forward, four finger swipe up for access to app choice, and worst of all, scroll orientation lock. You can't change the orientation your 2-finger swipe moves a web page - it's just Apple default.2. Instructions are in Chinenglish. Yeah, whoever wrote them isn't from this country and they are neither thorough nor precisely worded but it's enough to get you started using your device. Also there's almost nothing on their website that's more detailed and so far no response to my email requesting help (when I couldn't figure out it needed an update for the trackpad to work).3. Lastly, you cannot detach the screen. That's annoying as I fly every single day almost for work and they get pissy when they see I have a "laptop" out. It's not a laptop, it's an iPad. I don't care, it has a case, it has to be put away for takeoff and landing. *sigh* So you'll have to be ready to pop it out of its protective case when the flight attendant gets grumpy. Not to mention if you just want your iPad in your hand for casual use - now it's not in a case, better not drop it. Zagg's detaching feature is really nice for that.Maybe in the next generation we'll get some of these issues fixed, or Apple will get on the ball and realize this is what people want. In the meantime I'm happy with my purchase and won't be returning it.So it gets 4 stars. 3 likes, 3 dislikes, and an overall "I'll keep it".
