AeroBed Air Mattress with Built-in Pump & Headboard | Comfort Lock Laminated Air Bed

Update:The mattress was indeed comfortable. However, it was completely out of order around 4 months. What’s the worst? The company promised me to replace it, but I have never received any feedback since they sent me an instruction for returning. I also sent an follow up email. It’s been more than 20 days. NO ONE CONTACTS ME!It’s comfortable and I like it very much. So when it was leaking air after two weeks of using, I asked to replace the item rather than return it. However, the replaced item was not a brand new one. There are stains on the top, which makes me a little upset. I think I should get it replaced by a new one instead of a used one :(

I normally do not write reviews, however:I purchased this air mattress for my elderly mom to sleep on during a short stay. Thought that it had to be good, since it was not inexpensive. Looked and felt great when we set it up. It deflated on the first night and mom mike up on floor. Turned out the seam in the headboard split. Amazon was great and issued a replacement, however same thing happened in the first night she used the replacement. Unfortunately, it seems the headboard seams are defective.

I initially got this air bed assuming Aerobed was the best one to get and this one seemed great with the height, headboard, and silent refill feature. But by day 2 there was a big bubble in the middle of the bed. I deflated and reinflated and it wouldn’t go away. In the next week, there were 2 tiny holes near the whoosh valve. Thank God for Scotch tape. The bed also started bulging by the air pump. Returned it ASAP. Also, the headboard did not really support you sitting up against it. And the rounded feature of the headboard doesn’t allow for you to sit on one side of the bed and comfortably lean against it. Would not recommend. I ordered a different airbed from SoundAsleep and it’s tons better and much more comfortable.

Update review: 6/16/20I am sad to report this mattress has developed two problems: 1) one side is bulging out 2) it is leaking air and it is no longer staying inflated. The bulge makes it unstable on that side and a person would roll off the mattress, that is, it it stayed inflated. My husband located air escaping from the side that is bulging out right where the seam is which should be where the mattress is indented - see pictures. He tried to patch it but unfortunately, this is not resolving the problem. We have used the mattress only a few times and we have only people of average size and weight on it. So very disappointed because it is indeed very comfortable. Too much money to spend on a mattress for 3 uses.This is certainly an expensive mattress but definitely is a comfortable one. I use it in one of my guest rooms because we have not been able to afford to buy a new bedroom set. My last guest told me not to bother spending money on a bedroom set when they were so very comfortable in this mattress. It is a sinch to adjust softness or hardness preference with its adjustment dial. And best of all, it maintains itself inflated to the proper setting. I bought the queen size and it sleeps two very comfortably. Also, I should mention, I purchased some queen size sheets sets for it and they fit great, unlike my previous air mattress that always looked like you could not get a good fit. To complete the look I cover it with a king size quilt which allows for a nice drop over the size instead of looking too short.

Best aerobed yet! Remember the old ones that used to crunch if you moved or turned over? Not this one! Quiet and marvelous new material*****************************************************Loved this bed/Only lasted 2 months/big bulge-Air bubble right smack in the middle of your back. Alas, Amazon will not let me return as last day to return was 11 days ago. Now I have to go thru manufacturers which will be snail pace to say the least. Not a happy camper anymore

Just wow! I had an Aerobed for years that I used as my guest mattress and I swore by it until I saw this version. You can set it to the firmness level you want and it will automatically inflate to keep the bed at that firmness level. My current air mattress will slowly lose air throughout the night - that won’t be a problem for this one! You may need to get used to the initial shock of it inflating in the middle of the night, though. The headboard is hilarious but actually practical in keeping the pillows on the bed. The only thing that could make this bed better is if they made it in a king!

This was a comfortable and great air mattress for the first three times we used it. Unfortunately on the fourth use it deflated overnight, leaving my guest on the floor. Upon inspection I discovered the side seam had split. There’s no way I can patch this. The window for return/support with Amazon closed in November, I have reached out to Aerobed but after reading other recent one star reviews I’m not hopeful that a replacement will be any different. Pretty disappointing considering the price.

I purchased this bed which we use on and off and we absolutely loved it at first. The self inflating and different hardness settings are wonderful. Then we began to see quality issues. The seams started to bulge out so that the fitted sheet no longer fit correctly. Finally we saw a hold in the seam of the headboard which is not a normal wear or accidental puncture. The seam failed where they heated the plastic to make a seal.We are very disappointing. The bed didn't last 6 months. For the price of this bed I would think that It would be a much higher quality.
