I started taking these bc I had ostopenia. Now my bone density looks much better. I haven't had tests in a long time bc the last one looked so good due to me taking these. The magnesium mixed with the calcium makes this a non constipating formula. And since they are soft gels, they are easier to swallow than the caplets.

I have been taking this calcium supplement for years. It is a liquid gel cap, instead of a hard pill that you do not digest. Highly recommended

I love this brand of vitamins but the only problem I have with this is that they are extremely large and not so easy for me to swallow, so I had to switch to another brand.

They say they're gummies, but they're not.They they have a casing is liquid inside of them. So you can bite into them and spit the casing out. Nn
