Truly Shocking and Morbid
I bought this for a friend who loves dark, witty humor, and this... uh... definitely nails it on the spot! I flipped through it and the intensity of human cruelty and dishonor of human body parts is truly shocking and morbid. Gruesome in some cases. Not for the squeamish. While it doesn't have graphic blood and gore, it nonetheless takes you by surprise. Things like chopped off body parts being used for various common uses, all but one of which are not clothed. And while it doesn't have a ton of this thankfully, it does contain some female/male private body parts showing as well, so it's definitely NSFW.She absolutely loved it, giggling how she "loved it wayyy better" than 101 Uses for a Dead Cat by Simon Bond, but that "the two complimented each other very well as paired gifts." Do I personally like it? Well, most were quite clever, some made me gasp or laugh out loud and show my family, but I have PTSD, so I'm not a good example of the average buyer of things like this. But it is a funny, dark, clever book if you're ever looking for one.

Macabre-and Extremely Funny
Over 30 years ago a cartoon paperback detailing uses for a dead cat came out. Shortly after it's publication, the cats got their revenge. This book shows the cartoon cat Hodge and his buddies creatively using corpses and body parts for everything from salad tossers to anchors-and everything in between. The reader even gets a glimpse of history. The feline versions of Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn, the Wright Brothers, and Napoleon's Grand Army all put in appearances-and invent creative uses for the dead. This book i is NOT for those who take life seriously. But if you want a really good laugh, give it a look.

Ap-paws to Author Philip Lief and his cat for a wonderfully funny book!
This is one of the funniest books I've ever seen! So politically incorrect. And hysterical. I say this as a cat lover extraordinaire. Ap=paws to Philip LIef and his cat for gotting back at "101 Uses for Dead Cats," and "I Hate Cats."
