Great healthy oil alternative to coconut
I use this oil instead of coconut oil to mix in with smoothies, or to cook savory foods that don't marry well with the sweet taste/smell of coconut. The avocado taste isn't too strong, and you get all the benefits of the healthy oil. Would recommend it.
