Okay peeps, this has been a game changer for me. I’m kind of a skincare junkie. I try to take good care of my skin and I try to get the best products I can afford. I want to keep my skin looking young and supple for as long as possible, until the fountain of youth is discovered, of course.For reference my typical skincare brands are Revision, Skinceuticals, Elta MD, Aveda, Charlotte Tilbury and Peter Thomas Roth. I have DRY skin with an oily t-zone, and my skin has historically been pretty sensitive and prone to redness - I have a bit of rosacea as well.So one day the YouTube algorithms gods took me down the rabbit hole of Korean skincare and being the junkie I am I of course ran to Amazon to order some of the products these K beauty influencers (and some board certified dermatologists) were talking about.That’s how I found this illuyoon moisturizer. It’s the first K Beauty one I’ve tried and I’m frankly blown away that a cream this economical is this good. I cannot tell you the number of expensive moisturizers I’ve tried (easily in the $70-$150 range) that don’t hold a candle to this. It’s been phenomenal. My skin looks and feels hydrated. It seems there is a lot to the Korean approach of healing the skin barrier.Now, I have been pairing it with Torriden Dive In hyaluronic acid serum, and granted that probably amplifies the effects of this cream overall, but I’ve used this moisturizer solo on a number of times and my skin feels amazing at the end of the day when usually for me my skin would feel quite dry to the touch.Anyway, I’ve already been though the small size tube and I’m ordering the large jar next. I’m really pleased to have found this cream, and if you’ll excuse me I have some shopping to do with all the money I’m saving from buying this instead of my usual pricy moisturizers.

I cannot get over how much I love this stuff. I am a dry skin girlie with some discoloration and worried about anti aging. I really struggle finding lotions, besides thick night creams, that actually moisturize and don’t leave me flaky. Plus I see retinol, so extra dryness. This stuff goes on so smooth, so moisturizing, and leaves my skin glowing. Doesn’t absorb as much as a cerave but so worth it.

Did a chemical spot peel with HQ and Tret in it and cream soothed the redness and irritation quickly! Definitely recommend for people using retinols and peels! I have been using it daily and it doesn’t clog my pores or make me break out even though it’s a pretty thick barrier type cream.

As someone with dry skin naturally, and on top of having dry skin, uses Tretinoin nightly, this is a pretty good moisturizer. It is WAY bigger than I expected, which is always a plus. As far as moisture goes, it’s about a 7/10 or 8/10 on my skin. I appreciate how quickly it absorbs into my skin and doesn’t cause any pilling when layering with my other skincare products. It is, in my opinion, best suited for daytime use, due to how lightweight it feels on the skin. I like to apply this moisturizer on slightly damp skin to maximize on the moisture factor, and then follow it up with my sunscreen. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.

Loving this moisturizer so far. The consistency is thick and it’s not like a watery or gel based cream if that’s what you are looking for . Think body butter for your face , but not greasy just perfectly hydrating . Love this and will repurchase !

First of all, this is a HUGE container! Wow! Second, I was looking for a light-weight cream that would mimic a high dollar cream I can no longer afford, and this is IT. Third, it's working on my combination skin quite nicely. It does not have a strong fragrance, thank goodness, and a little goes a long way. If you're looking for a quality face cream that doesn't feel heavy or sticky on your face, then this product is great.

I had never used a Korean moisturizer and had seen good reviews online about this one. I love it! It’s so moisturizing and doesn’t break me out. I wake up in the morning with glistening, baby soft skin. I did buy it for my sister though and it gave her a burning sensation after applying it. Could be because she’s using tretinoin right now but she can’t use it. So I guess it depends on what other products you’re using.
