Cooling spray
When you are trimming up animals with clippers this work really well to keep the clippers from getting to same to the touch for the animal. Just a couple of sprays and it cools them off.

Heavily scented but does a good job-Professional Pet Stylist since 2003
I have been a professional pet stylist since 2003 and prefer spray coolant as my choice for blade cooling. I have used a large variety of brands and recently ordered Oster Kool Lube spray coolant. The scent is a little heavy and smells somewhat too strongly perfumed. I would prefer that the coolant be less scented because the smell remains on the blade once wiped off. It does not transfer much to the pet but my preference would be that it would not carry a scent or that it would not have any likelihood of transferring to a pet. Some people like their animals to be completely scent free and since this is so aromatic this could pose a problem. The spray works great and does a good job of cooling the blade. I do prefer the disinfectant with a coolant over the coolant spray alone. Overall, it cools the blade and also adds a small amount of lubrication so immediate oil is not needed.

GREAT PRODUCT!
I've been grooming dogs for 35+ years & would never, ever be caught without Kool Lube!! Great product, easy to use & is VERY HELPFUL! It not only cools hot blades off, but removes hair quickly when you're in the middle of grooming a dog & don't want to take the blade off, take it apart to clean it! Just spray Kool Lube along the top of the blade & thru the side, wipe off the excess & you're good to go!! I love ALL Oster Products!
