Excellent Product
I started using it back in March when I first went keto, and was delighted to find that I was able to keep my energy up even through those first difficult weeks; also, if I catch a cold now or have an especially stressful time and I'm not sleeping well, I don't feel as knocked off my feet anymore. It doesn't have a flavor to me, just a sort of softness. I add it to my water, coffee, and soup - which I always seem to be sipping, so I use half the recommended dose at a time; that way I don't have to worry about going over. Also, since I'm sensitive to the taste of salt and I can't use much of it in my cooking, I'm grateful now not to have to worry about not getting enough sodium (getting too low sodium is a thing!) I'm convinced that keeping a constant intake of electrolytes this way has been more helpful to me than when I was taking the once daily magnesium and potassium supplements.I have contacted the company twice with questions, and the responses were prompt, friendly, and very helpful. It's one of the reasons this brand is my first choice.I am disappointed, however, that the price has gone up 50% since my first bottle; I may not be able to continue with it. If you can afford it, I say go for it!

Very clean ingredients
I'm sensitive to all the flavorings used in most electrolyte drink mixes, as well as citric acid (made from aspergillus niger, look it up) so finding one without all that, (that I can add to my own natural drink I make with real lemon juice and an allulose monkfruit blend purchased on here) was not easy and I was glad to find this one. It does add a bit of a salty taste but that's ok. Four squirts from the filled to the line dropper is a full single dose for an 18-20 oz tumbler.

Great product, Great customer service!
I had problems with the delivery. But the minute I brought it to Total Hydration's attention they immediately sent replacements at no charge to me. This is a product we have been using for a couple of years now, and living in the desert, you get tired of all the flavored water and knowing the clean water you carry also has the unflavored added benefit of the Total Hydration Electrolyte Drops, makes things that much better. Great Job!

Greed!!!
Revisit: this stuff is great but in the last couple months they bumped it up five dollars per unit. That’s just straight greed! I’m moving on to another manufacture that will keep their price is fair. I know how much the stuff costs to make. Old Review: This stuff really works. I live in Florida and drink tons of water daily. Sometimes I can’t seem to get enough to keep the headaches away and recovery from hot outdoor activities takes the remainder of the evening. After using this in every oz of water consumed one day I felt like a million bucks. I have an aversion to anything sweet, so this is the perfect replacement for sports drinks. There is a slight flavor, but worth it versus dehydration side effects. I carry it with me in my water bottle sleeve side pouch and next to the RO fountain by the sink.

Works !!!
This stuff is amazing. Wish I would have known about these products sooner. It tastes like crap but it powerful. Instead of putting it in a drink, I just take the dropper and do a quick shot down the back of my throat and follow up with drink or food. If I am dehydrated it helps a lot!

Beware the instructions are wrong, and who makes this product
I just started to use this product two weeks ago when starting the Keto diet. I was still having morning leg cramps as of yesterday. I prepare my water in 32oz batches, so checked that I was adding the correct amount. I discovered that the instructions on the bottle are incorrect. They say to add 48 drops (½ tsp) to 32oz of water. This can’t be correct if we are to add 12 drops to 8 ozs of water. The math is off. 12 drops is ¼ tsp. That means we should add 1 tsp, not a quarter of a tsp to 32 ozs, and 4 tsp to a gallon. So, I now question if the 1/2 tsp serving size is correct in terms of what the maximum amount we should take in a 24 hour period. Also, who makes this product? I tried to find Total Hydration on the internet and they don’t seem to exist as an entity.

Works great and I love the glass packaging!
I have tried several different brands of electrolyte drops over the years and I initially switched over to Ketolyte drops because of the glass packaging, as I'm trying to reduce plastic as much as possible. They work just as effectively (if not better) as any of the other brands I have tried and there-usable, heavy glass bottle is really nice. I put the recommended amount in my 32oz. water bottle every day and I have not had any issues with feeling dehydrated or had any keto-flu symptoms like leg cramps, fatigue or headaches. The taste is barely noticeable, not too salty or mineral-like.
