Don't buy
If you wanna burn your cash.... Buy them.. I had brought the product and from the beginning the microphone wasn't working. After 2 months one of the buds didn't work at all.. I send the product for them to check. I was baffled when they said that the microphone doesn't cover in warranty and the replacement of it will cost 2k. This is as much as the product itself. They claim to have 'cleaned' the mesh for the sound issues and charged me 300 for cleaning. I don't understand what gets covered in the warranty. If you don't mind spending as much as the product for repairs within 3 months of purchase.... You can buy 'em..

Not satisfied..... Please don't buy and go for some other options available
This is my honest review after using this product for 1 month..... Sound quality is good but not that great.... Battery backup is also average... You can charge it upto 3 times..... But worst thing is that you cannot use it for calling because person on the other side is not able to hear your voice clearly.... Better to avoid this product as today at this price many other options available.... Disappointed by crossbeats 😒

!!! Good to buy if you don't care about mic !!!
Overall the product is good. But my complain with the quality of microphone, it is not working properly/poor quality, disappointed with the mic, there is also Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity problem while playing music/videos it got disconnected sometime. But I can say that the audio quality is pretty good in this price range. Go for it if you really don't care about mic.

Usage after 4 months
It's been about 4 months I have been using it. Its really held up well! The case is a lil flimsy but if not for that the product is really compact and ergonomic. The buds come upto 5-6 hrs on a single case charge and the case can charger them for about 3-4 times. So, no worries with battery life.The waterproofing works just fine! Although the key point being the size and batter life and a good level of music delivery, it seems to have worked well for me!

Most comfortable pods ever. Never falls out when i am working out. The sound quality is superlative. Loved it. Please do buy them. Worth it.

Literally useless for calls according to company itself
I ordered directly from crossbeats which is the first mistake i did, I should have brought it through amazon where in i would have had the option to return the product. lesson learnt hard way.I had been using sony MW600 for years now before looking for an alternative and fell for this.Music and battery backup is never an issue it does the job as it is stated.Worst thing is the call quality . person on the other end can not hear you what so ever, and all the background noise is picked up properly.When raised this concern with the company their email response is a shocker , calls are secondary function and have to hold one of the ear buds to my mouth which is utter stupidity.If only music is your requirements then this is good enough.If calls and music is priority then please move on this is not the one for you.

Good sound but worst bluetooth connection
It is absolutely irritating when you have to reboot the earphones after every song because their bluetooth is pathetic. Sound and build quality are a big plus but there is no bass as many have mentioned.

Keeps falling off!
I bought this after the Crossbeats Wave stopped working after a year. I use this mainly for calls and for running. And they just don't seem to stay on! I have tried all the earbuds they provide. But it's a pain. I think the ones that come with a hook are better - wireless without worrying about this falling off. Audio is also poor. Pairing took a while. Disappointed.
