This, like every other Winco product I own, is professional grade. I worked in the restaurant industry for years, and this is the type of utensil we used. It's designed for high-throughput kitchens, so it's very heat resistant, durable, and cheap to replace. Keep the handle off the hot stuff, and this will last a long time. Love it!

Smaller than I thought it would be but I guess I'm just not very good at judging these things. Overall works like a rubber spatula.

Bought a bargin 10pc for 10 bucks spatula set, bleeds red color and deforms with strong alcohol. Clearly a soft rubber and not actually silicon. So spend the 7 bucks for one of these quality ones and well you get what you pay for, quality silicon utensil. 5 stars, always enjoy winco products (except that pressed wooden salad bowl that thing was whack) lol

Update: the regular spatula death came to this one after 2 years of being our favorite. The silicone part is cracking/about to break off where the handle ends. Are there any that last more than a couple years? ------ I bought this to replace a medium sized scraper spatula that had a wooden handle. Appreciate the convenience of using the dishwasher. Perfectly matched expectations for size, sturdiness, and flexibility of the scraper/white part.

Super long & strong handle makes mixing bread dough easier without the handle snapping in half. Head is also on the stiffer side to make scraping down sides of bowls work well for thicker doughs and batters. This is definitely commercial grade meant for some heavy duty stirring and scraping, just what I was looking for. High quality, excellent product.

Theres empty space inside the handle that makes it harder to clean when it gets dirty
