Can taste a difference!
Switched to this brand due to not containing aluminum. So glad I did! You can taste the difference within the food. I do not alter any measurements, I use the exact same amount as I did with the baking powder containing aluminum. Food comes out delicious and greater quality! Wish I had made the switch sooner!

This is a good aluminum free baking powder and it was less expensive than our local stores. For biscuits (American not English) the aluminum free baking powder does result in a slightly better flavor.
