Don't be like me. I bought the heel inserts. I bought the compression stockings. I bought the spiky massage ball. I bought a fancy electronic foot massager. I bought the new age acupressure sandals. Nothing worked completely or for long. I kept telling myself night splints were for people with "real" medical problems. After over a year, I finally faced the fact that I'm one of those people.One night. One night wearing this and I am 100% pain-free. No, I wasn't paid to say this. No, I didn't get it at a discount for a review. Just another customer desperate to stop the pain for whom surgery or pricey custom orthotics aren't an option.It's a bit of a hassle to put on (but not as much of a hassle as hobbling out of bed every morning). On my first attempt I had it too tight and my foot did go numb. I also wrapped the foot part too high near my toes. The second time I put it on without battening it down like a tornado was coming, and wrapped it around the ball/arch of my foot. This holds the foot in a very gentle L position without hyperflexing it. With this, I slept comfortably the whole night. And, as previously stated, had zero pain in the morning.I guess the last thing worth mentioning is you can walk in it, though not comfortably (the ankle can't flex properly, which is the whole point of wearing it), and I'm nervous about stretching it out. Also too bulky to wear with shoes for certain.Don't buy all those other things. Buy this thing. This thing works.UPDATE: It's been a little under two months, and I actually was able to stop wearing this every night. I only wear it two nights a week, after my third shift job which involves a lot of walking on concrete. I can't believe it. This might actually cure plantar fasciitis!

I was skeptical, but having found no relief for PF otherwise and seeing all the positive reviews, I took a chance on this.I wore it on one foot for about 3-4 hours. I took it off in the middle of the night when it started to be uncomfortable. I woke up this morning with no pain in that foot for the first time in months. (My untreated foot, which isn't as affected by PF was sore and stiff as usual.)It's not a perfect product, but it's pretty close. It takes some playing around with it to get it on the right way. And it's not super comfortable in certain sleep positions (which is why I took it off halfway through the night) but it DOES work. Highly recommend.

It works! I was skeptical at first. Used it for a couple nights didnt feel it was working. But then my planters got really bad so I thought I would try again. This time I tightened it a bit more so my foot couldnt bend but a slight bit. Well after the first night the pain was almost gone the next day and I didn't have much pain that night. After the second night,wow my foot hasnt hurt at all and I have been wearing flip flops for over 12 hours. I will definitely continue to use this brace!

I bought this product as it was one piece with velcro straps attached, NO additional straps to wrap around compared to others, and it had good reviews. Product provides the necessary angle and support while you sleeping, yes you can get up and make your way around if you have to potty.Overall it gets a 4.3. My only issue is finding the buckle as it sits to the far right when you go to tighten it up (right foot). Be prepared to feel your way to the buckle and getting the strap through it. Like most things the more you do it the easier it becomes.

Not sure I have ever left a review on Amazon, however, I almost felt compelled to leave a review on this product. I've had pain from plantar fasciitis for about 1.5 months now and was limping when I would wake up in the morning for a minute or two. I used the splint for only two nights and the pain has decreased by over half. This morning was the first morning I haven't had to limp. And I've only worn it about 4 hours each night since end up taking it off in the middle of the night.Money well spent IMO.

I tried it last night and my feet never felt this relaxed during my sleep before! I have fallen arch and my feet never felt comfortable during my sleep but this product was EXACTLY what I needed! I wish I have known about this before! Unfortunately I thought it comes in two pairs and I only bought one, however I’ve just added another one in my cart.

I got this product for my mom who gets pain on the sole of her feet. She uses it at night and says it works well for her. The only advice she gives is not to put it too tight because then it will give you a cramp

First time in years I've been able to get out of bed and not hobble like an old lady. I was amazed by how much the pain was reduced. I work 10-12 hours a day and I'm mostly on my feet, which has caused damaged to my poor feet. I should have purchased this years ago! I rub my feet together to fall asleep and I didn't think I could sleep with this strapped to my foot..... surprisingly it wasn't that uncomfortable.
