Solid belt! Not at all intended for Olympic lifts! So if your squat over say 425lbs or more get a better belt. Yet, if your looking for some back protection while keeping your guts in place, squating 360 or less, this should do the job.Velcro works well, no sliping or coming off! I've been using it twice weekly for 6 weeks now and I'm satisfied with its performance 360lbs & under!

Based on the sizing information in the item description and based on comments from other reviews - I ordered this belt in medium. The medium belt turned out to be too big for me, even pulling the belt as short as it'll go, it was too big by about...maybe an inch or so providing zero support. I returned it and re-ordered the small which I received today. The small is significantly smaller than the medium...despite the item description saying the upper (29") and lower (30") on the small and medium being 1 inch difference. I was unable to tighten the small belt enough for the Velcro to attach securely, as soon as I push against it the Velcro comes apart.It's a shame really, for the price - the belt seems pretty decent quality-wise.

I contacted the company because their other belt was too wide for my frame. They quickly and efficiently replaced it for me- pictured is a size small. I have diastasis recti and I have an increased concern of herniating out due to this condition. I feel safe and confident when wearing this belt.

Nice belt, especially for the price. Size was what I expected it to be. I wear a size 32 pants, 5'10" 170 lbs and the medium size fits and has a little extra if my waist grows. The velcro is very sturdy and is easy to throw on and tighten quickly.

The belt is light weight,comfortable and supportive. Granted I did just get it, but it seems to be well made and hopefully durable. Initially I thought it was way too big because I was cinching it up with the velcro end on the outside, making it not tight enough. I suddenly realized you need to put that end to the inside and it works perfectly. I've seen some other reviews stating that the sizing is way off as in too large, and I suspect they might have been making the same mistake I did. I'm glad I tried it on again before returning it because now I'm very happy with it!

I really like this belt. I've had back problems for a while, and this belt helps relieve the tension when I'm working out. Very easily adjustable. Very supportive. It doesn't cut into my skin at all. It's very comfortable. The velcro is very strong too.

The belt is very nice and well made. My waist is 27" and the small size fit perfectly. I was wondering about the size after reading some reviews but at least in my case the measurement size chart was accurate. I do have a very short torso and this belt is perfect for me, other belts dig into my ribs when I squat. I use the belt for squats and deadlifting. The price is great too.

The velcro on the belt is very strong and holds very well. I’m a large individual and was worried the Velcro might give a little but holds steady. Definately gets the job done for the lifting I do. Well worth the money

If you measure on the low end of one of the size bands, go for the next size DOWN. I am 37" and so ordered a large, but a medium would have been better as there is a lot of spare run on the velcro when I put it on. So now I'm a bit worried about it being too big to fit properly if my waist size goes down if I cut.Otherwise it's a good belt I'd say. Also note that it's pretty wide. If you have short torso, then you may want a narrower one to avoid it digging into you when deadlifting, in particular.BTW the picture for the measurement shows a dude with a tape measure in the WRONG place. Measure around the waist just under the belly button, NOT around the hips like he seem to be doing.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------EDIT: 12 months later it bust (see photo). This belt is definitely the best bit of gym kit I've ever bought! It's robust and has seen my lifts improve no-end. I'm also quite petite (25.5" waist), but the small size I bought is the perfect fit! I bought it quite a while ago, but it's still going strong and the Velcro is still holding tight. Very impressed. Love it!

Good product initially, however, whilst doing a series of thrusters during a workout the stitching gave way completely.
