Awesome Chillies!
I just recieved my 4th order of these chillies, they are the best.Don't expect there to be a bunch of red ones in there, hench the pic! They are really hot and I like to chop them up and put them in my Ramen!I also use them when making my Curry Paste for my Ramen...The packets go in the trashwhere they belong! When I get them I do not wash them, all I do is destem them and pick any bad out, which is usually just a few. They go in a freezer bag and in the freezer! I get out what I need and chop them frozen, that way, I don't have to worry about my fingers transferring oil to various parts of my body! And anyone who says that freezing them ruins theie potency, that is not the case at all.The four times I have ordered these I have never had any problems. If you do, do not think that is is not a good product. And by all means, any problems occuring due to mishandeling by incompetant packagehandlers should not reflect on the quality of this product. I am a customer and this is a legit review!

It's colorful! It's Tasty! It comes in a weird cardboard box with holes poked in it!
My favorite amazon purchase of the month!Mix of green, red, and orange chilies. Appeared very fresh, with no bad ones (shipped to Southern California, so not far to go). It was almost worth the price alone to watch my wife open a suspicious cardboard box with holes poked in it.Divided into baggies, one in fridge the rest in freezer. Very happy with this purchase.

Fresh foods should be delivered fresh not spoiled
I was so excited to find fresh Thai chili peppers that could be delivered to my door step after searching the fresh markets in NYC with out luck. I ordered 14 oz of the fresh Thai chili to make infusions from, so they had to be fresh. I expected that the company would expedite the peppers to guarantee their freshness. To my dismay, they were shipped ground from LA to NY with a cold pack (requiring some forethought) but it took 5 days to be delivered. By the time they arrived, the cold pack melted and at least 50% of the peppers were moldy and rotten. I sent an email requesting a replacement the order with out a response from the company or Amazon. I ended up with just over a dozen usable peppers after I picked through the soggy rotten mess. Too bad. I would have been a regular customer.

Not Fresh
It was not a lb of peppers. They were not fresh and very wrinkled. They were 98 percent green. Medium heat. I had to freeze them because they are too old. I wouldn't order from this vendor anymore. The price was half that I paid from other vendor but the other vendor's came very fresh and all red, which I think it is worth paying for the quality.

Fresh, spicy, great condition.
Been looking for thai chili peppers at many Asian stores but couldn’t find the one that I was looking for. The chilies at the Asian stores here were red, big, and sweet. But finally found exactly Thai chili peppers on Amazon. Received a big bag with full of fresh ones and quite spicy. There are some chilies not in a good condition, but maybe only 5% out of the whole bag. That’s not bad at all. I’ll definitely order it again once I finish with this bag.

Impressed: Really Good Condition - - Mostly Red!
I was reluctant to order these because I live in Maryland and they ship from California. After reading the reviews, and going through "Thai Food Withdrawals," I went ahead and pulled the trigger. I was very concerned when I got the shipment notification stating these fresh chilis were coming via USPS. I assumed there would be some type of vacuum sealing, and therefore either Amazon or UPS would be the Currier. But they arrived in really good condition. As you can see from the pictures I took, there were many more red chilis than green, in my order. Some were bruised and soft "in spots." But none were rotten. Most were nice and firm. I immediately washed them, took out about 30 and made me some Prik Nam Pla; then zip locked the rest and put them in the freezer for later!
