Loved the color, length and the wind breaking ability as well as the water repellent capability. Having said that, the arms are small making it a tighter fit than expected. The hood is wide but works well when the buttons are used. Love the warmth but the zipper is tricky sometimes.

I bought this coat to walk the dog in cold weather. The coat did not keep me warm on the first 20 degree day. I wore a fleece layer under the coat and the coat failed to do the job. The content label shows very little real insulation.I do not expect much warmth if it is windy.

While I do a bit of weight training, as a 66 year old who wears a size large T shirt, my bi's are not that big... the bicep fit on this coat was so tight I could not have worn a sweater or hoodie under this coat.. I am sure it would work for you if you had skinny littles girlie man arms..

I typically wear Large or XL shirts pending on manufacturer and length of item. Purchased this winter jacket to wear over a suit jacket so I bought an XL which has more room around than my body type and what I would normally wear but works well with suit jacket underneath. I like the stretchy fabric cuffs, two-way zipper and lightweight feel of the jacket. It will provide decent warmth during winter months when walking between buildings and around town. I do not feel like this is warm enough to wear outside in the winter for long periods of time in the Northeast (like playing outside with kids, etc).Cons:-Hood is baggy and there are no cords to tighten it around your face. If winter wind is blowing this will not stay on to cover your head.-Zipper pocket on arm is extremely small will fit airpod case but will not hold wallet or phone.-Only 1 deep inner pocket, would prefer 2 one for phone and one wallet.Overall good winter coat for work.

The item did not fit properly and the zipper was almost impossible to operate

Only had it a short while, but the hubby loves it. FYI, this is not one of those super lightweight packable versions -- the fabric is thick and durable and my husband says it's very warm. And the longer length was what we were after. If my husband could change a couple of things, he would have preferred no white logo on the sleeve pocket, (though the logo makes it more sporty, which some customers might appreciate), and he wishes the hood was detachable. But these do not really take away from his overall high satisfaction with this good purchase.

This is one of the best quality long length coats, so gives better protection for the taller man (I am 1.88m). The stitching is very good the filling perfect down to keep warm and the zips mae of strong metal not nylon.

Maybe buy a size up. A bit small around the shoulders and chest. Otherwise a brilliant product. No issues with the zip.
