Foamy, quick cleaning, and hasn't over worked my sensitive skin.

Dries skin if used frequently but works great

The first time I bought this product was the beginning of the summer of 2017. I’ve been using it for just over half a year now, and my skin is clearer than ever. Not sure if it’s because I’m over my acne stage or if it’s because of the soap, but there was a definite correlation. Regardless, it definitely helped during the first few months when my acne was still in full swing. When I first began using it, I could immediately tell that it was strong as heck because my face felt SO dry afterwards. Even after my daily moisturizer, my face was peeling for the first week or two. I even resorted to rubbing the super hydrating body lotion I use on my legs all over my face. End all be all, I’m a lot happier with my skin now, and I’d go through the peeling again if it meant my skin would be acne free (which it is!)

I stumbled upon this face wash by accident in my local grocery store. I was out of my current stuff (which wasn't sold in stores) and I needed something to temporarily use until I could order more. This caught my eye because it has 10% benzoyl peroxide (the only thing my skin seems to respond to) and it clearly stated that it KILLS ACNE BACTERIA. So, I figured I'd give it a try, and that it couldn't be any worse than others I've tried.To my surprise, it works GREAT! I always break out no matter what face wash I use, but with this, I break out MUCH less than I use to. Before I was having at 1-2 breakouts about every 2-3 days, and now I only break out maybe 1 or 2 times a week - if even that! My skin has been much clearer with this. I was getting the deep cystic hormonal breakouts, and I haven't had one of those in about 3 weeks now thanks to this. I only get a small occasional whitehead.This stuff is great. Although it doesn't lather, you don't need much to get your skin clean. I love the light, clean scent and how my skin literally feels squeaky clean after rinsing!! I'm now on my second bottle, which I purchased from Amazon. I will continue to use this until my skin stops responding to it. It's definitely a keeper!
