You can program different temperatures for different times/days, or you can set it to always maintain one temperature by pressing the "HOLD" button for a few seconds after selecting the desired temperature. It does everything I want, and it was half the price of the least expensive unit at my local Home Depot.

This is a very basic no thrills thermostat for a great price from a reputable company. My old one just stopped working mid winter and I found this with fast shipping. Whats great is it’s the exact same bracket as my previous model which is just like this but without the light up screen. Even the directions show the old model. With that one I always was using my phone flashlight so this is a nice upgrade. They’re otherwise almost identical. Yes, the screen has the weird marks on it but it doesn’t bother me. I’m just happy to be able to see it in the dark. The schedule is a cool feature. I don’t know if there’s an option to use less times for it though. Might be nice. Would I love mobile features. Yes. But at this price I wouldn’t expect it and at least I was able to avoid any drilling. Was able to install in 30 seconds because of it.

Honeywell knows their stuff when it comes to thermostats. My apartment needed an upgrade from the ancient version it had, but I didn’t want to put a whole lot of money into a place that wasn’t mine- so I landed on this one. It worked, was easy to navigate and got the job done better than the old thermostat before it.

This Honeywell thermostat is straightforward and works exactly as advertised. Setting up the 5-2 day schedule was simple, and it makes adjusting your home temperature effortless. The display is clear, and the buttons are intuitive, so even if you’re not tech-savvy, it’s easy to program. It keeps the temperature consistent, which has been great for energy savings, and the white design blends nicely into most rooms. Overall, it’s a reliable, no-frills thermostat that gets the job done.

So my old thermostat shorted out and being on a budget I was nervous to get this and attempt to install it myself to not hire a tech but it was really easy! The instructions were very detailed with a variety of wiring set ups and I was able to identify my setup and easily hook it up to this new thermostat that was also very easy to mount with the included hardware. I also never figured out how to properly program the old one but this one with the easy instructions I was able to program as soon as it was mounted and the difference it made was clear within minutes. I also really appreciated how it came with stickers for labeling the wires which I was able to do to keep from getting confused (an orange wire was used for my "yellow", but keeping it labeled kept me on the right path). The value for the money I got out of this has me staying warm and didn't break the bank hiring an HVAC tech out.

Bought this to replace my super basic apt thermostat because I was tired of constantly adjusting the temperature based on the time of day. I like to keep it low at night but crank it up a bit during the day to help save some money, but still keep it reasonable for my pup. Even though this is another fairly basic thermostat, I have found the features to be great so far. Was actually surprisingly easy to install and that you can change the temp based on 4 different times of the week day and the weekend separately. Just make sure to be careful and take pictures and or mark the wires on the old thermostat to make sure you wire it correctly. Yes, most wires will correspond to the correct label but you never know for sure. Alot of cheap a$$ landlords out there. Speaking of which, I called them to have the maintenance come out and install it for me since they said it was something they would do when signing the lease and even the day of but then maintenance calls back and says oh we dont do that because if something goes wrong you would be liable and we can't fix the A/C. I was like wtf that doesn't even make sense and just said fine I'll do it myself. Never installed one of these before and only okay at handy work but found this to be a simple and very awesome upgrade so far. Make sure to cut the power! Also, be careful and don't bend the wires back and forth, they will heat up and break off. Be gentle with the wires and take your time. Don't screw them down until you have everything inserted and leave some slack in the line so it doesn't go back into the wall where you can't get to it. Don't mount to the wall until you check to make sure it works. If you have someone else I would recommend having them hold the unit up while you turn on the power to the A/C or very gently hanging it off the wires(just know it could fall off) and then when your sure that everything works you could mount it. Look up a video on YouTube or read the instructions if your not sure. It's really simple and easy to install. Highly recommend this so far and will update again to make sure the temps and settings hold correctly. :)

No es el termostato mas bonito ni mas moderno, pero viene de buen tamaño y calidad, funciona prefecto y lo mejor es su precio . Fácil de instalar y de configurar. Excelente relación precio/calidad.

I found out to my cost that this unit will not switch 240v. This means, if you're trying to make your roomstat more intelligent, this is not the one for you. Thank you Amazon for a stress free return and refund.
