Hello. I read all the reviews on this case prior. I ordered the case to hold a tool for the garage. This case is excellent. Not sure what others found as case is better than described. The hinges seem great, the latches on the front of the case latch tight and are easy to use with a nice snap when locked in place. Gasket seal is tight. There are two lock holders that I am not using but available if needed with metal over sleeve hole for padlocks. I did not find any issue with the foam interior. With three full layers I had plenty of padding for a heavier tool I placed in this case. The pluck out foam worked great to set up as a needed in the shape needed. I do not have any expensive brands but this case is above my expectations across the board. There was one small 1/2 inch line on the back of the case where the mold left a mark in manufacturing. Not an issue! It does not take away from the sturdiness of this case. It is heavy duty. One minor 1/2 line on the back between hinges in not even noticeable. In fact I did not even notice as the case is nicely made. I only mention this as I read about a color variation in another review. My case was A++++ and I would definitely buy this brand again.

For the price compared to a relatively similar Pelican design you can't go wrong. The quality is good (not perfect, but excellent for the price) and this model is just the right size to fit a DSLR or Mirrorless (mirrorless in my case) camera with one lens (could fit multiple if you don't add anything else but camera and lenses to the case), batteries, charger, flash, and storage. I got this for an upcoming trip and didn't want to bring my usual camera backpack but wanted something small that can be carried and stowed easily but gives excellent impact protection. I only have 1 con: the pressure release valve isn't an automatic pressure release valve but is only a knurled screw that is either loose (open valve) or snug closed (fully closed) thus making it only waterproof if you close the valve fully in which makes the valve non functional. I'm using it mainly for traveling lightly with the basics for photography and using it for impact protection and not so much submerging in water so I only took 1 star off for "water resistance", but I'm not going to test that part if I don't accidently do.

This is definitely not a Pelican case, but it also does not cost as much. The case is sturdy, seems well made, and seals well. For my intended use, I am 100% happy with the box. I just need to be able to close it in case of rain and insure the Arduino and the rest of the electronics inside stay dry, and this does just that. Would I feel safe throwing it into a lake or the ocean with an expensive piece of equipment inside? Not at this time (but trust is building!)... but it IS a good box!

This was a gift, and she love it. She need a case for camera and lens, couldn’t fine anything that work. But this case was just right. Thanks, it was a great price also.

I purchased this case for my son for his video equipment. Unfortunately it was not a big enough size so we ended up returning it. However, The case was as described, well made, sturdy & secure. The inside foam was very adaptable. I did not investigate a bigger size further because my son decided he wanted a different style case.

This case went above and beyond my expectations!! I was buying this to hold my magnets for magnet fishing. I figured being as inexpensive as it was, that it had to be cheap junk.. Was I ever wrong!! I saw complaints about the foam on the inside. It's definitely comparable to the Plano cases I use for more expensive items, so I don't understand the issue at all. It tears off easily, and is sturdy enough to hold heavier items in place. I thought the plastic would be thin and brittle. NOPE! This is just as sturdy as most of my other cases that cost more than twice as much!! My recommendation... BUY IT!!!

I've never received a condenser mic without a case and never pulled foam to create a custom fit. Two firsts! Lol. It was simple/easy to do what I needed to do. Excellent case. I'll be getting a few more.

I got this for my drone and it's working very well for that purpose. The only gripe I have is that some of the pluck and pull foam wasn't cut and I ended up having to manually make cuts with an Xacto in several places.
