Your Charcuterie tray should be shaking in anticipation.
Met my expectations completely. Sometimes different brands of this type of salami are a bit "gamey". I am cool with gamey. Many of my guests are not. So this did the trick. The flavors of added garlic and red wine are pleasing as well. Only one guest complained about it, but nobody likes him anyway.The only this product could be more satisfying is if you caught the animal yourself and made this from scratch. But let's be honest, not many of us could do that. Catch an animal. Or make sausage really.Therefore, thanks Creminelli!Not recommended for vegetarians.
