Just as expected
I had been looking for one of these!! It’s basically a thin metal rolling pin for your muscles. I have super tight calves and it’s one way to try to work out the kinks on my own. Ordered and came in a few days.

Should be longer
The only reason I won't give this 5 stars is that the roller should be at least 4-6" longer than what it is. I use it for getting knots out of my neck and for a person who has broad shoulders like me it's difficult to hold it up over your shoulders and get it in just the right spot and have the proper leverage. Otherwise, for other areas of the body it works great and is a very solid and smooth rolling item.

Fantastic product for all athletes
Excellent product. The rad roller targets smaller areas of the body which are sometimes difficult to gain access to. The roller is lightweight, strong, and disposes of lactic acid efficiently!
