Q: Does this turn back on when the set pressure drops? Or do i have to set the pressure every time i inflate a tire?

I think you have to set it each time. It is fine for inflatables, but I didn’t find it user friendly to inflate car tires to desired weight. Had to go to a gas station and fill tires with more air.

Q: How do the accessories fit in the back slots?

Loosely, but if you keep the unit in the box or a carrying case you will be ok

Q: What kind of fuse does this take?

It comes with a 15 amp fuse and it does come with a spare fuse
