The flavor and the moisturizing ability are wonderful and just what I was looking for! I far prefer shea butter lip balms as I find that they actually moisturize rather then just contributing to the chapped lips I’m trying to get rid of. However the packaging is small , perhaps half the size of similar lip balms. On the other hand this is a flavored shea lip balm which I have found difficult to locate.The customer service is first class as the first tube was MIA on delivery and the company happily sent me another on request . I am likely to repurchase.

It’s almost perfect. I just wish it was a little more buttery and a tad less oily. It just doesn’t stay on the lips long enough, and you have to keep applying it.

Very small and just so so when it comes to moisturizing

Excellent company. I discovered by chance after being given a set when I purchased a luxury handbag.I fell in Love! So I ordered more! It has such a smooth silky feel...unlike any other lip treatment. 💋

This is simply a review on my interaction with the company.This company is great! I received my Chapstick, but only got half of the order. I had bought them as stocking stuffers, because this is the first Chapstick I have found in paper tubes, and I'm trying to reduce my plastic waste, as well as gift less wasteful products to others. I reached out yesterday afternoon through Amazon to let the company know, and explained that these were to go into stockings. They immediately overnighted the Chapsticks to me, and I should receive them today, just in time for Christmas this weekend. I am so thrilled that they wanted to make it right, right away. They even included an extra one for the inconvenience, so I'll be able to keep one for myself too!Huge kudos and thanks to Farmstead Apothecary. I will be shopping at their Amazon Store first to find sustainable personal care products.

I love the smell, flavor and the non-plastic packaging. Great for people who don’t want to put plastics up to their mouth several times a day.

I’ve order four times. The first time just the boysenberry one and then the four variety pack. The first two orders were amazing. I go through a lot of chap stick and I love that the applicator isn’t plastic. But the last two times I spent the little bit more for specifically the two pack pear ones and both times I got the fig one. It’s not the worst but it’s not what I ordered. Still really good chap stick but I’m going to have a hard time reordering.

love the feel and smell, cute packaging. Just thought it'd be bigger than it was, but not enough to not recommend.
