I used this pan once, washed it and it rusted and ruined the pan. I was so excited to use this as I read all the raving reviews. I am super disappointed.

I have mixed reviews about this set. This was purchased to replace the one in my black & deck toaster oven.Love the roasting rack. Sturdy, cleans up beautifully in the dishwasher with out having to prewash it.The baking sheet is a royal pain to clean, overnight soaking and scrubbing the heck out of it. It's not dishwasher safe. Yes, I could put down parchment paper but it would be nice to have a pan that you didn't need to do that with.

I finally used it for the first time. I made oven fried chicken tenders and fries. I like how big it is. I was able to make all of them at one time. I don’t like the cleaning part even though I greased the grates first, there were still a lot of food that got stuck. I used the SOS pads and little pieces of the scrubber got caught in between the grates and it was a pain getting them out. So FYI clean them with the plastic type scrubbers.

I purchased a few of these in different sizes with the matching grid. I was hesitant to buy and not sure of the quality...after using a few times for roasting meat & veggies, baking french fries and cookies it has held up nicely. Even after burnt stains from meat juices, I have had no issues. Cleans well with soap and water and a non abrasive sponge. I have used soson occasional and noticed slight scratches, but that's to be expected as far as I'm concerned. Grids clean easily as well. Highly recommend.

2 times in the oven and dishwasher, warped at higher temps, discolored and lost any luster after 1 month, thankfully returned it before the 30 days ran out. Suggest you stick with USA Pan, stay away from this brand completely.

I washed it ONCE and it totally destroyed the material. Would not recommend

Maybe I didn't read the fine print.DO NOT Make My Mistake!!!!Not only is the pan aluminium (NOT stainless steel) but is NOT dishwasher safe.Very expensive foe what is essentially an aluminium tray.Returning tomorrow.

Useful for baking pizza because the roasting rack allows air to get underneath so that it bakes right through. Also suitable for freshening breadcakes, crisping up fruit pies. Should be good for roasting meat and the like (not tried this because I am vegetarian!). Very versatile. Love it.

I bought two of these sets several months apart (not as a replacement). It’s well made (thick pan, sturdy rack) and the rack is easy to scrub clean. The only odd thing is the rack sits relatively high up so it’s level with the pan edges, so food could roll off if tilted. A huge positive for me as it fits perfectly in my Sage Smart Oven Pro and that strongly outweighs the quirks.

First off, many people who reviewed this product gave poor reviews. Why? The tray warps or something like that - stop putting too much weight on it and scrubbing too hard. The rack has too many small wires in the cooling rack and are too hard to clean.My experience is to line the tray with heavy aluminum foil (so you don't have to clean it) and place the meat, or whatever. on the cooling rack, and cook it to perfection in a convection oven. The rack is high enough over the pan so hot air passes easily under it to cook both sides. When done, remove the food, put the cooling rack in hot soapy water and throw away the aluminum foil. Result is a clean tray and a cooling rack that is easy to clean. After soaking for an hour, scrub both sides with a scouring pad (20 seconds) and then rinse and scrub both sides with a nail brush for about 45 seconds and the rack is perfectly clean. I give it a 10 out of 10.
