Works great for my Father with Parkinson's
It does have a tendency to loosen which is why I rated 4 stars. Other than that, when it's tight, it works great to help with his balance and keep him safe.

Great product!
Very easy to use, helps my spouse keep their balance and with multiple hand holds it has prevented several falls. Good design, sturdy hand grips, does exactly what it is supposed to do.

I purchased this item because my husband was having balance issues after a second shoulder surgery an having lost 35 lbs. He is 5'9" and I am 4'11". With this device I was able to help him walk and keep him steady. Without it if he started to fall I would not have been able to hold him up. It gave me the security to keep him standing erect and tall not leaning forward. I am very pleased with my purchase.
