Works Well For Straining Homemade Soy Milk
I bought this fruit press to help me make soy milk. Because I use cotton bags instead of nylon (to avoid plastic in my food), filtering out the soybean remnants was messy and time consuming. Now I just pour the cooked, unfiltered milk into my bag placed in the press, close the bag securely, and twist the top of the press. So easy. I do have to hand wring the final bits to get my okara dry, but the press saves so much time and effort. The press was easy to assemble, is very sturdy works well, and is fairly easy to clean. I’m so glad I bought this press.

Replace the feet if you’re serious.
This is MUCH easier than manually squeezing a ball of cheesecloth! I do admit that I “amped it up” by adding bigger, bolted rubber feet to the base for better stability than just the stick on feet that came with it. I clamp it to my stone counter and torque the crap out of it! Two editions of hot sauce and I’m a believer.

Even better than expected!
This press is great, it’s a total game changer for my herbal oils and tinctures. I’ve recovered 1/3 more liquid by using this press, I consider that a win. The press itself is quite sturdy. Other commenters have mentioned that it isn’t made of stainless, but that’s not true (at least not for the product I received). A magnet will readily stick to every single part of this press from the frame, to the pressing disk, to the cylinder containers and strainers. The pressing disk is too heavy to be aluminum anyways. My father is also a welder and he confirmed that everything is stainless. As for commenters who mentioned grease in the disk fittings - the grease is there on purpose so that the disk doesn’t rotate along with the press while you’re turning the lever. If you simply pre-filter your liquids using a cheese cloth or nut milk bag to remove as much liquid as possible, then there should be no reason (in most cases) that the disk should be submerged in liquid, therefor any grease contained above the disk cannot come into contact with your products. A c-clamp is helpful to keep it attached to a table, but I just put the press on the ground and use two feet on either side of it to keep it in place while turning the lever. The press is really easy to clean and the filtration bag that comes with it is great & reusable. It’s a slow process, since you have to turn the lever and wait for the liquid to come out, and sometimes you have to tip the press to get it all, but it works. This is a great press for the price and after only a couple uses will pay for itself in the material I’m able to recover. I’m so happy!

What is going on here??!!
Maaaan why am I struggling to put this thing together??? The poles just sink into the holes!. This build is terrible man. I’ve contracted laboratories and book shelves but this damn item is super complicated to put together as nuts and washers don’t do any damn thing to tighten rods effectively. The Instructions lead you no freaking where ( just pictures) and I’m literally sitting here looking at this thing I just got, it’s still unassembled and I’m in disbelief this is actually complicated to put together. Its like I’m missing screws or something cause no way these rods will stay in the hole without another nut being under the base to hold rod in place. its like it doesn’t come complete or something Just got it today and can’t put it together?? Something’s off here. Specially for something so simple! Not a good experience already before even using and I’m already frustrated with item to the point I want nothing g to do with it. I want a wine press that’s pre-assembled and actually EASY for customer to do. This is frustration in a box. I want to return this damn headache as soon as it came. I hate products that make things more complicated than it has to be. 5 hrs later this item still can’t be put together sensibly. Terrible experience already man, get me something smoother and easier please, something with ACTUAL helpful and clear INSTRUCTIONS AND with parts that makes sense!

Love It, So easy to put together!
I am loving this easy build fruit squeezer. I have a tincture almost ready to squeeze. It took me about 7-8 minutes that is with cleaning everything and to put it together. All I needed was to look at the picture. All it takes is some common sense if you’ve ever built anything before it’s really self-explanatory.

I don't know how well this will work, but my fingers are crossed
This juicer is impossible to hold in place while you use a massive amount of force to pull out barely any juice. The spout is too high in the main bowl to allow for easy draining, and it also shifts around constantly requiring a second person to hold the spout in place. My husband was cranking the top, I was holding the bottom- and after 10 minutes of frustration we got 1/4 cup of juice. I bought this for pressing herbs and found that while you can use it on a countertop, it really should be mounted to a base of some sort. The handle can get quite difficult to turn as you press your material. It is a little awkward when removing plant material but it is what I expected. Solid piece of equipment but you really need two people (or have it mounted to something SOLID) to produce adequate pressure for thorough squeezing. Those were some of the reviews I read while waiting for this delivery to arrive. I have not started on my project yet. This image I am providing hopefully correct some of these challenges. I am planning to attach tubing to the sprout to drain the grapes juices into the collection bottles.

very helpful item
I use this product to get the water out of my cauliflower that I make pizza crust with. It works great for this. It gets more water out of the cauliflower than I used to get out and in half the time. The only thing is it takes a lot of room to store but fortunately I have the space and it is well worth it to me.

Worked great but still requires major strength to "squeeze" apples properly.

I used this for processing bone broth. I used to take a sieve and a potato masher and took many “trips” to mash it all, trying to squeeze all the broth out. This thing took 2 rounds, and got so much juice out, I couldn’t believe it. I wish it came with a little silicone cap to put over the spout/straw so that I could move it around in my processing, without it making a mess. But I figured out a way to make it work for me, and it cut my processing time in half, saving me an hour. The mesh bag it came with was great too! It was a very fine mesh, so all the silt from inside the bones didn’t pass through, and I didn’t need to pour it through a cheesecloth again to keep that out. It was all perfect in one go. My only complaint was that I had difficulty setting it up, and interpreting the over-simplified instructions, but after it was up, I had no more issues with it.

Good for squeezing soft pulp of fruit. I used it for squeezing grated cucumbers and worked fine. Had a smaller one of 3 litres but after some uses the nickel plating on the shaft degraded. I will keep an eye on this one.

Just amazing. I was very surprised at how easy and efficient this little press is! Easy to assemble and easy to use. You don't really have to bolt it to your counter either...at least I didn't
