McCormick Gourmet Cedar Plank Salmon Seasoning, 12.75 Ounce

So good on salmon fillets. We cook on our pellet smoker and I also use cedar planks to bring out more flavor in the fish.It says you can use the boards a couple times. I will try to use mine five or six times at least.Follow the instructions on the label and you’ll be good to go.Nice Cedar taste

I have been using this seasoning for many years. We eat salmon about three times per month. This is the perfect seasoning for the salmon whether you are cooking it in the oven, on a gas or charcoal grill, or on a wood pellet grill as I do when the weather permits. The seasoning provides some smoky, cedar plant flavor, even if you do not cook it outdoors, but smoking salmon on a wood pellet grill makes it even better.

This seasoning is amazing. Enhances the flavor of salmon. My wife who normally won't eat plank baked salmon even enjoyed it!

I recently visited a restaurant that had the most delicious grilled salmon I ever had.I started googling salmon spices and I found it!I didn't grill it in my grill pan bc I was only making one for myself but baked it @350 degrees for about 5 minutes and broiled it until it was a bit crispy around the edges. I also lightly brushed the salmom with olive oil before seasoning it.It was amazingly delicious!This seasoning is not high in sodium which I am very concerned about bc of HBP.I am going to try it on chicken next.

My sister in Washington made the best salmon I have ever had with this so I ordered it. No cedar plank needed. Recently I also sprinkled it on cauliflower steaks and roasted it in the oven with olive oil. Outstanding! It is comprised of onion, garlic, pepper and a hint of smoke.
