THIS IS REALLY NEAT!!!It's not often where you find something with quality and value at such an affordable price. Granted, the iPhone 4 is obsolete, I have since upgraded and use my iPhone 4 to store my music library.TECH GEARSuper slick design, very stylish if you like military humvees and steam punk type gear. This case is crazy!! The yellow part is made of metal and it is very heavy as well as heavy duty. It does what its supposed to do as far as protecting the phone from falls. I bought this for my son's phone and he drops it about 10 times a day and actually launched it across the room one time and it hit the ground hard. The outer edge is rubbery for extra shock absorbsion. All the buttons and ports are still easily accessible. It has to be actually screwed together around the phone so it will not come apart. Its supposed to be water proof also but we haven't tested that theory and don't plan to, so I guess we'll see what happens if that time comes.

Nothing is going to hurt your phone once its nested inside this case.What you should know before buying this case:1. It's HEAVY.Why I'm returning mine:1. The raised interior sides on the front made texting difficult for me.2. The hard metal hurt my ear when pressed against my ear during phone calls.3. The home button cover occasionally moved out of place and returning it to its correct spot was difficult because it requires taking the whole case off, which requires removing 6 screws.

This thinq is awesome, heavy metal with rubber bumper all around, built rite!. came with allen wrench, extra screws, and screen wipe cloth. Fits perfect and all the holes are just rite my charqer and headphones fit qreat. adds some weiqht and wideness to the iphone 4 but hey, it was a brick to start with and i like that about it anyway, doesnt feel like some slim nothin like the other phones do. solidly built qo ahead and qet yaone, this po boy happy bout it!

Absolutely the best case ever for a child. I purchased this case for my two year olds iPhone four. The case has a lanyard hole which is really good for a child . I personally would not purchase it for myself because it is too heavy and bulky but this thing is childproof and inexpensive absolutely recommend it for kids

It's heavy duty! Worked well until I dropped it on a pair of garden snips that were on my counter then the glass splinered! Company gave me new case ASAP and all was good till the screws came out, but by that time I was going to upgrade phone any way so no big deal. Worked well for the time I needed it and I'm really hard on cases so I'd give it a solid 4

Not only does it look good but it is super tough. Dropped it more than 8 times even in water. It's past time for me to upgrade my phone but if I can't get this case for new phone...not getting one period!

While it is great protection for a phone , i have to say the bad as well as the good.. So here is the bad , it can accidentally be put on vibrate and you miss important calls because the bulkiness of the product muffles any vibrations or humming sound which is not good, When the device is in use like say with Google Maps for a GPS it heats up and there is no way to cool it down because you have to have a hex key in order to open the case so so keep the concluded key with you at all times it is heavy because of the material it is made out of but that stands to reason as its primary function is to protect the phone from drops and no i will not test it for being water proof but i bet you can run over it with a car and it will survive .. mmm without my phone it thank you.. but i have no serious doubts that it would hold up.... So my advice to you , if you use your phone on the web a lot , this is not for you , if you don't mind missing calls and you keep your phone on vibrate then hey its exactly what you are looking for Once i get a new phone maybe i will test this product more intensely but until then .. used tape to keep your phone on loud and keep your hex key with you for over heating issues .. and yellow is a great color, hey school buses use it .. and it yells loud and clear look at me look at me , even if it is on vibrate ..
