Ok, so I am completely obsessed with journals. I write A LOT and I have different journals for different things, like a gratitude journal, a regular journal, poetry, stories and poetry, etc. This journal is most DEFINITELY my new favorite!!! The wonderful thing about this journal, well, ONE of the wonderful things, is that it comes with dividers, so I can split it into sections. Instead of carrying a different journal for everything, I carry one where I can keep a variety of topics and then I can transfer anything important to my larger books! Plus, you have the clear pocket pages!! You can put anything from pictures to credit cards, id, money, etc. It's fantastic quality, the leather is nice. The design, though it's not what I would have picked if I had a choice, is still very nice and some very well, as well as the anchor and helm (the details on these little brass pieces are amazing!!) I did see some people mention that they received some lined paper along with their journal but I only received plain, blank paper. I'm not too concerned about this but I definitely would have liked to have some lined paper for journaling. All in all, I love this and would definitely recommend this product!!

I'm on a physical, mental, spiritual & artistic journey & I wanted something that would help me reflect. What better than a journal? I also wanted something that was sturdy enough for me to engaged frequently as most of my notebooks begin falling apart long before I reach the end. The fact that I can write & draw in this beautifully made book with no lines to restrict my creativity is an absolute plus. I also have a very fast past mind which causes me to lose focus. I love that I'm about to fit this in my bag & pop it out when I need to jot down an idea which allows me to store it until Im able to revert back at a later time. The design is absolutely beautiful. I can literally talk about this journal all day. Such a great find ay an amazing prince.

I carry this with me most days. (I am not in love with constant cell phone usage.) It's nice to write down chores/contact info/observations, whatever. Also, when I hear something that just "rings" , like a quote, I write it down, and there it is, in hard copy, whenever I want to transfer it to a poem or essay or journal. If I'm going to be "old school" with pen & paper, it should at least be in a beautiful notebook! :-)

I have a mixed feeling about this product. its a pretty notebook and the leather is sturdy;However, there were some problems.  1. the divider to small compared to the notebook page 2. the craft paper that came with the notebook is a bit to long at the top and bottom 3. the binder clips are crooked. 

It does have a strong leather scent to it, which doesn't bother me personally. It feels like suede which I have to get used too, but it does not scratch easily. No pen holder or pockets- I guess because it's not an A6 portfolio, it's just a journal.And it doesn't really hold a lot of paper because the binder rings are small and shallow. I fit 80 pages into it (took a photo to show this). That said, it's a journal - it'll do what it's supposed to, and if you like to have multiple journals like me, the price is alright.
