Advertised protective glove was not included when order arrived.

I appreciated the inclusion of a cut resistant glove to make sharpening knives even safer in the case of a slip. I found the product reasonably easy to use and effective; sharper knives mean a more efficient and safer kitchen, and this is one way to sharpen them that works.

At the price of 350, it does the job it says. The only problem is that the knives don't stay as sharp as initially sharpened.
