Sounds way better than a Head unit when plugged into my phone
I don't use head units because i can do everything that i need to with this, just 6 knobs and i can feel them with my fingers so i never have to look away from the road. Sounds 1000% better than any radio head unit ive had hooked up, although im sure if you hook the radio to this and then to the amp, youll get the same effect. Bought this used for 10 bucks, but theyre i think around 40 on ebay. Works perfectly how i need to and sounds amazing. Builn in LPF as well although i dont use it.

this unit had great features until the moment it failed completely.
The circuit just blew out after only about 10 hours of total usage. We had a bluetooth usb/aux device and sd card in it at time it blew, all rca plugs were in use and very low level volume. All had been working fine until the moment it popped and the display screen went black and all control panel knobs and buttons became unresponsive. The blue LED's stayed on.
