So far, very good. The directions were not hard to understand, and assembly took no time at all. It even came witwipth an emergency coolant bag to use if the frozen one wasn't ready. I like the digital temperature feature. I just wish it was in Fahrenheit. Overall, this is a great product.

I travel extensively and this cooler keeps my HGH at the exact temperature as a refrigerator. Easy to read temp with easy to use rechargeable battery Definitly recommend this cooler.

This cooler worked very well. It lasted the amount of time indicated - about 72 hours. I used it on a transatlantic flight and it did the job perfectly. Easy to check the temperature.

After two months the thermometer failed. However, that two months demonstrated that the can does indeed keep temp safe for about 8 hours. Don't pay more for thermometer!

Used it on a twenty hour plus flight, the only issue was that the TSA had to open it and look inside at the insulin which lowered the cold expectation
