Baby Animals Black and White

I bought this book for my daughter when she was a newborn, and she was very much enthralled. We had no problem "reading" through this whole book without protest, in fact, several times in a row! Baby's love the simplicity of pictures like this, and I thought the artwork was sweet too. The best part of the book for my daughter was at the very end when you see the baby laying in her crib with the animal mobile overhead. Every time we flipped to that page she would get very excited, smile, coo, and point to all the hanging animals individually so I could tell her what they were again & what noises they made. My daughter enjoyed this book until she was about 9 months old. Best infant book I own! I began reading my daughter this book & similar ones when she was first born & have continued reading to her. She is now nearly 16 months old & can say over 150 words!! This is the first book I bought her. I think it's great there are books like this that can enrapture children from the very start!!

Good book for grandson s tummytime

As one of the first books in my baby's library, its simplicity and bold black-and-white illustrations captivated my baby's attention from the very beginning. Just what I was looking for!

This book is really cute. I don't know just how much it engages my son but he did reach out for the book when I flipped the pages. There are several pictures. A panda, seal, rabbit, zebra, cat, dog, cow, sheep, and ends with a color picture of a baby reaching for a mobile that has each of the animals in the book on it. Know that this book is solely a picture book. There are no words. The pictures are very detailed and crisp, far more...complex I guess... than the pictures in Look Look which has very simple pictures.. Worth the $3.37. Don't think I would had paid the full $5.95 for it though.

A lot thinner than expected. I wish it was a thicker board book. I also didn't expect baby at the end, it's okay but unnecessary and then limits diversity aspect.

Infants respond best to black and white images when they are very young. The images in this book are appealing to them. And the book grows with them as they learn to name the animals. It’s also a sturdy little book that babies may choose to chew on, like my grandkids did.

It is so rewarding to watch your newborn (once they can actually focus😉) fixate on these pictures. The picture I’m sharing is not this book, but this baby book is my favorite. We have 3.

Simple sharp colours and good sized prints

A very cute high contrast board book... I only wish I had gotten it earlier! These high contrast books are very good for a newborn s visual and cortical stimulation and development and can be started as early as 5 days of life! Sooner the better...they slowly improve the baby s focus and concentration as well.. making nappy changes/play time/tummy time/mom time a breeze :)

Meu filho olha pra esse livro desde os primeiros dias de vida, realmente funciona para o bebê RN, que enxerga bem mal no início. Até hj com 3 meses ele adora olhar o livro e até já tem preferência pelos animais , recomendo para mães que estão gravidas comprar e mostrar pro seu bebezinho desde o começo, vai distrair eles.
