It doesn’t work like they advertise!
I was so excited to get this and it is not what they advertise. It is a awesome straightener but it doesn’t curl like they show in videos. Kinda disappointed that it doesn’t curl as easy as they show but I guess I can use it as a straightener.

It was reasonably price
I dislike that it wasn’t hot enough and not easy to use and the comb plate pull my hair.

Broke in one week of having it
It broke in one week of using it. DidnMt turn on or heat up.

Did not curl hair
Did not curl hair as presented in video. Attempted several times with no success sent item back for refund. Vert disappointed.

Meh doesnt curl like advertised
It's harder to use and slower than traditional curling iron. I'm a pro with the curling iron and this takes practice. Curls arent as tight as I'd like...more loose curls even when following the directions. Smaller sections and pulling hair tight when pulling down helps...but doesnt glide nicely, and if you stop it makes a crease in your hair. Maybe with more practice I'll get better and will like it more but so far unimpressive, will prob go back to my curling iron. Does work as a straightener though.

Does not curl well
I received this as a gift and I will be returning it. It doesn't not curl your hair well at all...it works fine as a straightener. Also, the combs along the sides kept getting caught in my hair.
