Does the job. One bottle goes a very long way. I bought three and did my two bathrooms twice and used a half of a bottle.

Seems to be water resistant. It’s the consistency of water, so you have to constantly be wiping the excess off the surrounding tiles. I poured it into a dish and painted it on with a small kids paintbrush. Made it easier than using the spout

I ordered 2x 3pack bottles. One of the bottles had a broken seal and lost nearly 1/2 of the sealant. The amount lost did not warrant sending everything back, but It's rather disappointing considering these sealants are not cheap. We also got this style because we had the bottles with the rollers and didn't like how they were very messy when applying the sealant.I will update this review after we have a chance to use the sealant and witness how easy/hard/messy it is to apply.

Excellent product

Does what its supposed to, put on 2 healthy coats and after drying water beads right up. Super easy application with the built in brush. Some bristles did fall off but just pick them out. My tile is not smooth and uniform so some excess on the edges werent a big deal to me, but if it will be to you may want a more precise way to apply as this comes out kind of a controlled dump so you have to move quick. Could probably just poke some holes in the bottle seal rather than removing totally to slow the flow.

The caps on these bottles leak horribly so most of the product ran down the wall (or my arm) and did not make it to the grout. I thought it might be just the first bottle, but it happened with all three. I have a standard sized shower and I thought one bottle per wall would work, but the water test three days later is showing that less than half of the grout is actually sealed. It also smells pretty toxic but there are no warnings about using it.
