I have always been on the modest side but shaving gives me horrible razor burn, so I always had to work up the courage to go to a salon to get my between me down there waxed. I decided to give the at home option a try even after horror stories from friends.this product was easy to use, and the only embarrassment was caused by my husband having to help rip some wax off.The only trouble i ran into was with a different brand of beads not melting but otherwise it works fine and gets the job done.

This melted the beads well. It takes a few minutes to get going but once it starts to melt it goes faster. I'm surprised that it didn't hurt as bad as I thought. It was like ripping tape off. It hurt a little bit around the ankle but it's tolerable. The wax that comes with this kit is okay but I'm looking for a better one. It works but it cools off really quickly and until you get the hang of it going from the wamer to your skin the wax that comes with this kit can get stringy. My boyfriend was helping with my leg and the wax was cooling off and making waxy Cobb webs from my leg to the stick and then the pot. I didn't have as much problems because I used smaller dabs and didn't play around. As far as the warmer it does it's job very well.

I've had a professional wax warmer before and this one stands right up there with the best of them. The plus with this one is the heat control. No more burning my skin because I can't adjust the heat on the warmer. This warmer melts the wax to smooth and even consistency allowing easy application and control. The removable aluminum pot allows for easy clean up. The price is awesome compared to other warmers. I am happy I bought this warmer and it's been going strong since I got it!

Very light weight machine . Has a rubber handle to pick up the bowl with the wax it also has a bar to scrape off any extra wax if you applied to much on the stick . Temperature controlled

I really like this wax. The purple/lavender seems to work best in my hair, and I am pleased with these beans. They melt down nicely and it has been easy to figure out how to apply. You may need to do some trial-and-error to figure out what thickness works best on your hair and to get the hang of application and removal.

I’ve already gotten this product twice and I enjoy it. Both times the product arrived in great condition & no troubles in late delivery. As for the product itself, it’s not for beginners. I’m not a beginner, & it does take a bit of practice with each & every new wax you purchase. If you are a beginner, go to your local Sally’s store & grab the blue wax. That one is 👌🏻. This hard wax, on the other hand, does crack but I haven’t come across a hard wax that is sold on amazon that doesn’t if you wait a long time to remove it.

I loved it!! 4 wax beans and a whole heater w a bunch of sticks for just 17$???? Issa good deal 😍 and yes the heater works perfectly fine, takes a min or two of course!

Quite happy with purchase. No, it is not salon quality, otherwise it would be priced MUCH higher. Yes, temp setting is a bit fiddly on lower temps as it is only marked down to 160 degrees (I prefer 135-140) but still that would not deter my purchase. I just had to play around and make my own marks for my preference. However, I found for the price it works quite well and would not hesitate to purchase another.
