Product works however for this one star - interface is not in English - and in some sort of signs as seen in attached pictures. I have attempted to guess and messed up couple eeproms with this program.I have bene advised by seller that this is the only language it comes in.Even though this product shipped from local US address at the time of purchase - return has been intentionally provided to be sent to China - cost of shipping close to the actual product costs.Look somewhere else for better customer service.This is a follow up to an initial review i have added another 2 stars for a total of 3-stars for customer service that this seller has provided.

The user guide is written by someone not very familiar with the English language. The software itself defaults to Chinese and it took a while to figure out how to change it. One that was done, it took a while to figure out the driver install. After all that, it would "read" the chip and say it was empty. Once you"test" the chip, it will tell you the make, but then tell you to manually choose settings. To cut to the chase, I never got it to read and write data.The positive was it came on time.You get what you pay for, and this was cheap.

I'm not sure if my problem was me, the chip I was trying to program, or the tool. So I don't know how I feel about it .
