Is this a creamy product?

These are all powders. The non-glitter colors are more soft/creamy then the heavy glitter ones.

Can you wet this and use as an eye liner like their other eye shadows? I love that feature!

Yes it can be used wet and for a wing liner sure, haven't tried under eye.

Is this considered all natural?

i am not sure, but I love all of their products!

Bad packaging/ damaged- not as shown in image display

The package is damaged the eyeshadow powder all over the place .. two shades are empty. No teal shade or purple as shown on picture !! Whooping 3k worth is not even returnable. This is pathetic!!
