I have been suffering for 2 years from horrible ingrown hairs, razor burn and keyloid type of scars now from deep ingrown hairs. I moved from California to Colorado and was using an epilator which messed up my skin once I moved to Colorado because it's so dry here. I've been depressed and insecure not even being able to wear capris because it's so bad. I tried a few remedies/serums and nothing has worked for me. I stopped epilating even and tried exfoliating, tons of lotion, digging the hairs out and nothing worked. I saw reviews on this product and with a decent price for what you get I thought it's worth a try at this point, I'm desperate. I was worried it was going to sting really bad because I have such sensitive skin and everything hurts, and saw a couple reviews saying it stung. So, I was thinking it would sting first and make some bumps pop up from irritation (and then eventually go down) but NO! I was impressed! No stinging what so ever and I was rubbing this stuff on my legs like I was exfoliating, lol. I just wet my legs in the shower and put the water to the side and then put a quarter size amount for each leg and half the amount for my bikini line. I keep rubbing the whole 5 minutes I leave it on, and then rinse off. Pat dry and lotion immediately after. Even one of my keyloid scars is half the size it used to be, *IN 6 DAYS!! I have only been using it for 6 days/2 times a week and I can tell you that I could not be happier with the results. I almost cried from relief and feeling like I actually might be able to enjoy this spring and summer! Everyone thinks I look great from the outside appearance and no one knows what I have been suffering from underneath. Now I hope to be able to go swimming and wear things that show my legs! I am getting ready to buy another bottle, not because it's almost gone, (it lasts well considering it's used twice a day) but because I don't want to ever run out! I wouldn't normally consider myself having sensitive skin but this product made me question that. I was not able to leave it on my legs for more than 15-20m. I finally just started putting it on while I drew my bath or conditioned my hair and then rinsed it off after about 10m. Still saw results and enjoyed the product, I just had to experiment with using it and not suffering itching or discomfort

I ordered this 2 years ago and was very happy with it. It didn’t completely prevent ingrown hairs and bumps but it helped tremendously. I waxed once and didn’t use it after and it was a nightmare.Unfortunately the second time I ordered it I received it with no packaging, it was just thrown in the box along with other items and the top wasn’t closed all the way, so it leaked. All over the box and all over the other items I had. Thankfully everything else was packaged so nothing is damaged, but my bottle is now half empty and I can’t find a way to contact the seller. I would appreciate a refund or at least another bottle to replace this!
