I kind of thought they might be silly, but they have turned into my “go to” glasses for the plasma cutter. These allow me to wear my prescription bi focal glasses while working. Projects are turning out a lot better now that I can see! Durability is good so far, very clear lenses that I have not scratched ( yet). Just dark enough to shield the plasma arc. Very happy

Great quality, great eye protection since they wrap around your eyes completely, comfortable, good durability especially since they helped me avoid eye weld burns, still able to see through just fine.

These are very effective sunglasses for bright sun conditions. They fit over my prescription glasses well and are light enough to wear all day. They're easy to put on and remove. I tested them with a 365nm UV source (UVA/near blue) and fluorescent target and they seem to almost totally block that wavelength. I took a colorblindness assessment, which indicated these glasses block almost all my ability to see blue light (I have no natural color deficiency). Admittedly this is not very scientific but it suggests they work as intended.

I am an industrial mechanic. Often we have torch cutting goggles on our hard hats or use welding helmets to do torch work. There are cutting tinted safety glasses, but you have to take off your regular safety glasses to use them and I would then leave them behind or lose them. Cutting face shields get scratched up easily.That’s where these come in. The clip on cutting glasses work great. I leave them in a coverall chest pocket and clip them on to my safety glasses when needed. You can flip them up to check your work while still cutting. I always like to say something cool to a coworker before flipping them back down, makes you look super cool. This brands price is lower than the others too. Well done!

a pair of these glasses arrived and they were slightly bent. company had another pair in my hands the day that I returned the first pair! They fit great over my glasses and will be very useful when I am welding the jump rings on my permanent jewelry. Thanks!

The glasses have a pretty sturdy frame, they are bulky but nice to know there not gonna break. The shade is perfect for plasma cutting. The wrong thing is the side screens don’t fold out well, they don’t match the contour of the frame and felt like they were gonna break if I forced them all the way out. Almost like they installed the left and right opposite or something.
