I needed a new hair dryer and a friend recommended this dryer. I waited to buy it because it was pricey but then ended up buying it. I am so impressed by this dryer because it works great, very light and my hair is less frizzy. Also it doesn't fry my hair and drys my hair faster than my old dryer. I have very little damage to my hair and seldom use my heat styling tools anymore because my hair looks amazing after I blow dry it. I would recommend it if you are looking for new dryer.

I previously bought their hair dryer but i gave it to my sister. Since i like my old hair dryer very much so i decided to purchase another one under this brand. This newer version actually does what it says it will do. So much lighter compared to their 1st generation and very stylish with the white color and rose pink. The processes and final results are amazing. My hair feel smoother, no frizz and it makes my hair more volume. Plus it comes with a mini flat iron which my little sister really love it.

Power is lacking; For someone who has a lot of hair that is wavy and long this just wasn’t the dryer for me. It took me an hour and a half to dry my hair, and I don’t have time for that. Pros: lightweight, quite, hair was shinier than with other hair driers I have used and SO much body. Cons: it doesn’t have a lot of power at all, the heat settings are warm/hot and super hot with a cold blast option.

I’m in love with this blow dryer! The packaging is beautiful & the brand is Good quality and super trendy looking. I’ve been working on my hair to help recover from excessive dying. That’s good shampoo and infrared technology my hair is silky smooth, I also find that it drys your hair fast & with out damaging it.

I honestly like this hair dryer it seems to dry well it takes the frizz out of my hair. I have tried to email the company twice with a question and my emails never go through. I don't know if it's a incorrect email address or what the problem is it's the same email address that's on their website and there is no other way to contact them.

Bottom line: may not be best for thick hair, or if a cold shot button is a must. I knocked off some stars for lack of real cold shot (see below) and way below average customer service.Pros: This is a good hair dryer for fine hair--I have fine hair, but a lot of it. It dries my hair very quickly and leaves it soft and manageable. It doesn't have a lot of blowing power, but that's what makes it great for fine hair. I use it on high heat and blow to rough dry and drop to medium heat and blow for final styling with a quick go-over with the no heat button (a step I wouldn't need with a cool shot). It's light weight, but the cord is long and heavy. Infrared heat is good and better for my fine hair than lots of ion technology, which can make my hair flat.Cons: The "free" straightener is a waste of money for me. There really isn't a cold shot even though they advertise it; it's about the same temperature as the warm setting if you've been using the dryer. I reached out to customer service to see if this was the normal functioning and they were pretty rude. The first response was that "it's not air conditioning" and would take a "few seconds" to cool down. I timed it multiple times and it's between 20-35 seconds of holding that button to get "cool". Second time I reached out to confirm that was their idea of "a few seconds" and not what I was used to on other hair dryers, I was informed that my other hair dryer was cheap and that's why the cold shot functioned well. My other hair dryer is at the same price point, not cheap and gives me an almost instantaneous cool shot--but also too much blowing power even on the lower setting.I kept it because the way it dries and the weight are both good for me.

My friend recommended this to me since I have super long hair, and was looking for something that would dry my hair quickly. The first thing I noticed when getting this was how pretty and feminine this looks in real life. The rose gold is so pretty and classy. The second thing is how light the hair dryer is! Weight is a big factor, especially when you have long hair that takes longer to dry. When drying my hair, it was quick, the heat wasn't too strong (so less damage hopefully), and my hair was light & bouncy without being frizzy at the end. There's also multiple heat settings and nozzles to work with as well.

I am happy with the hairdryer it drys fast and doesn't make my hair flyaway like other so , i am very satisfied
