Works great, helped my knee pain to dissipate. The only thing is it makes me nauseated for a few days. It is a side effect of the product.

Works well. Back & knee injury pain relief in less than 5 days so I purchased for 2 friends & they achieved relief also. I just have to remember to take them. When the pain goes away I forget why & forget to take them.I don't have to take it everyday for maintenance. Every other day works now.

I have tried several collagen products but this one seems to be the best and it is only one capsule a day. My old knee's seem much more pain free even after sprinting or runs.
